4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, systems, branding, graphics, videos, frameworks, training materials, documentation, templates, automation workflows, software assets, and digital resources remain the exclusive property of Digital Flossie Global Limited unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Digital Flossie Global training programs
Assessment tools
Operational frameworks
Course materials
Automation assets
Templates, prompts, playbooks, and methodologies

No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, resold, modified, licensed, or used commercially without written permission.

5. Payments

Fees must be paid according to agreed pricing and payment terms.
Access may be suspended for overdue accounts.
Certain digital products, programs, workshops, and memberships may be non-refundable.
Payment disputes may result in account restrictions while under review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Flossie Global Limited shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Business interruption
Data loss
Platform downtime
Technology failures beyond our reasonable control

Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without guarantees of specific business, financial, marketing, career, investment, or operational outcomes.

8. Artificial Intelligence Services Disclaimer

Some DFG services may involve the use of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning systems, automated decision-support tools, digital assistants, and generative AI technologies.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before implementation.
AI outputs should not be considered legal advice.
AI outputs should not be considered financial advice.
AI outputs should not be considered medical advice.
AI outputs should not replace professional judgment.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service, platform, membership, program, or account where:

These Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Payment obligations are not met
System abuse occurs
Legal compliance concerns arise

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
